Key Development India’s food safety regulator, the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), has launched a nationwide exercise to test egg samples following a viral social media video that alleged the presence of a banned, potentially cancer-linked substance in a popular egg brand. FSSAI, which regulates the manufacture, storage, distribution, sale, and import
