Key Update The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has ordered a private caterer at the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore, to fix hygiene issues in the women’s hostel kitchen. FSSAI Designated Officer Dr T. Anuradha inspected the facility after receiving reports about unhygienic conditions. Officials found several violations during the inspection.
