Key Update The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has issued notices to Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and Nestlé India over alleged regulatory violations involving two products. The regulator questioned birth-weight-related claims on Horlicks Mother’s Plus Kesar and flagged approval and labelling issues with Nestlé’s Resource Renal nutritional powder.
