Overview The Food Safety Department, with the support of five special squads, is set to increase field-level inspections to identify unregistered eateries and food businesses in Kozhikode district, Kerala.  Although approximately 80% of food entrepreneurs have registered with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), many businesses still disregard the requirements, despite targeted
