Overview
PepsiCo has announced the discontinuation of nine beverage variants, with 21 additional drinks marked as “limited time left.” While production has ceased, some items may still be available in stores until existing inventory is sold out. The move is part of PepsiCo’s broader effort to streamline its portfolio and concentrate on high-performing segments like no-sugar colas, food pairings, and taste enhancement innovations. CEO Ramon Luis Larguarta emphasised that the strategy is about focusing on growth drivers rather than reducing variety, with zero-sugar colas continuing to perform strongly worldwide.

What Consumers Need to Know
Discontinued drinks may remain available on shelves while supplies last, but once sold out, they will not return. PepsiCo says the goal is to focus on products that are fuelling growth and to simplify its offerings in an increasingly competitive market.
