Illegal Repacking and Seizure of Mislabelled Masala
Although a nearby grocery shop held a licence for retail sale, officials found that it was involved in repacking grocery items. The shop carried out the repacking at a godown on South Car Street without the required licence. Officials seized 12 kg of mislabelled masala and prohibited further repacking of grocery goods on Monday.
