- First Zone: Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, and Pathanamthitta

- Third Zone: Ernakulam, Thrissur, and Palakkad
- Fourth Zone: Kozhikode and Malappuram

How to Participate in the Golden Clove Award
Restaurants and hotels with more than 25 seats are eligible to participate in the competition. To take part, hotel owners must register through the Golden Clove Award mini-website hosted by Manorama Online. The application process requires the submission of key information, including:
- Details about the hotel
- Photographs of the hotel
- Menu
- Relevant certificates (such as FSSAI, pollution, and health cards)
- Restaurant operating hours
A 15-day time frame has been given for restaurant owners to submit their applications. This competition presents a unique opportunity for restaurants to showcase their offerings, attract food enthusiasts, and gain well-deserved recognition for their culinary excellence.
